Jeff began his career in construction sweeping floors on his dad’s jobsites. He was promoted to hanging sheetrock, which added 25 cents an hour to his allowance. When he wasn’t out fishing with his dad, he was learning first hand how to use tools, and come up with solutions to construction challenges.

Jeff has been a plumber for over 17 years and holds his Master Plumbers license. He has a great deal of experience in commercial, residential and service work in addition to renovations. He’s contracted with elementary schools, hospitals, and commercial kitchens- building them from the ground up. He’s also retrofitted and serviced existing establishments including apartment complexes.

Jeff enjoys mentoring other plumbers and helping them grow and learn. He insists on quality work at a fair price and he won’t sign off unless he knows the job has been done right. This standard of excellence is a requirement for everyone at Key Plumbing.

Judy Sanders is a dynamic and hardworking individual with a strong background in the plumbing and construction industry. Raised in a family of plumbers and construction workers, she has gained hands-on experience and a proactive attitude towards any task.

Outside of her office work, Judy is dedicated to learning the plumbing business from the ground up. She actively engages in on-the-job training, acquiring valuable knowledge and practical skills that contribute to her comprehensive understanding of the industry.

With over 25 years of experience in Business and Operation Management, Judy is a seasoned entrepreneur. She has successfully managed various aspects of business operations, including strategy development, team management, and process improvement. Her extensive experience enables her to navigate the complexities of running a business effectively and efficiently.

Jake's unwavering passion for the great outdoors is unmistakable in every aspect of his life. When he's not engaged in a lively game of catch with his loyal companion, Jewel, or providing top-notch service to customers out in the field, you can bet Jake is out there chasing new adventures. Whether he's fearlessly leaping off cliffs or exploring the depths through free diving, Jake is always in pursuit of that next heart-pounding thrill.

In his moments of leisure, Jake finds solace in more serene outdoor pursuits like fishing or simply meandering through the woods alongside Jewel, taking in the splendor of the natural world that envelops him.

Throughout all his endeavors, Jake's profound adoration for adventure and the wilderness radiates brightly, defining his essence.

Tony has dedicated the majority of his professional career to the construction industry, serving as a foreman specializing in new construction projects. Transitioning from the confines of an office setting, he chose to re-immerse himself in the fundamental aspects of plumbing, reveling in hands-on work and embracing fresh personal challenges.

Beyond his role on job sites and responding to service calls, Tony finds solace and joy in spending quality time with his family. Whether it's fishing, grilling on the BBQ, or bonding over sports, his family remains his ultimate source of happiness. During pleasant weather, he indulges in long rides on his Harley through the Hill Country or simply unwinds in his backyard hammock for a rejuvenating nap.

Chris's story is one of transformation and dedication. After his time serving in the Army, he made a pivotal decision to forge a new path following the arrival of his son. Transitioning into the world of plumbing, Chris found a new calling that not only supported his family but also allowed him to explore his passion for hands-on work.

Outside of his plumbing duties, Chris cherishes every moment spent with his son. Their bond is evident as they engage in various outdoor activities together. Whether they're grilling delicious meals in the backyard, embarking on exciting hiking escapades, or simply basking in the sun at the beach, Chris and his son share a special connection rooted in nature and adventure.

Choosing to disconnect from screens and TVs, Chris immerses himself in the tranquility of the outdoors. In every outdoor expedition, Chris finds solace, joy, and the opportunity to create lasting bonds with his son.

Justin was raised in a family of entrepreneurs, and this upbringing instilled in him a strong work ethic. He has been working in the maintenance and plumbing industry for over five years and has developed a strong skill set that allows him to handle any challenges he may encounter. Justin’s additional experience with assisting with his family’s investment properties, allows him to understand the importance of an asset.

When he is not working at Key Plumbing Services, LLC, Justin enjoys spending time with his two-year-old son and girlfriend. They enjoy exploring the outdoors by hiking and also enjoy visiting parks and museums.

Heather comes to us from Lubbock, TX. She spent many years in Multi-Family Housing Management which has helped her obtain a strong attention to detail and an extensive bookkeeping background.

Heather's warm and friendly demeanor makes her a pleasure to work with. Her dedication to her work, combined with her caring nature, allows her to excel as an administrative assistant. Heather goes above and beyond to ensure our plumbing company runs smoothly and efficiently.

Taylor comes from a family of realtors, plumbers, and business owners who instilled in her the importance of hard work and dedication. With over nine years of experience in property management, she brings invaluable insight and firsthand knowledge of home maintenance and repair to the plumbing industry. Her background in managing multifamily and single-family homes, combined with her project management expertise, allows her to understand the unique plumbing needs of property owners and tenants.

A proud native of Georgetown, Texas, Taylor grew up in a large family with six siblings. She is a devoted mother of two and has been happily married to her husband, an Army veteran, for five years. When she’s not supporting the team at Key Plumbing Services, LLC, Taylor enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the mountains, and discovering new hobbies.
